The service

Vonca measures your brand's visibility across AI engines, generates content drafts, and provides attribution reporting. Drafts are suggestions: you review and publish them yourself — Vonca never auto-publishes to your site.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the sites you connect. You agree not to use Vonca for spam, link schemes, cloaking, or any practice that violates search engine or AI platform policies — Vonca is a white-hat tool by design, and we may suspend accounts used otherwise. You may only scan domains you own or are authorized to represent.

Billing & refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. We offer a 14-day unconditional refund on your first payment — email info@vonca.ai.

Content & data

You own your content and the drafts generated for your workspace. We own the platform, its models' orchestration and its aggregate, anonymized learnings. AI-generated drafts may contain errors — review before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". AI engine behavior is outside our control and visibility outcomes are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination & changes

You may delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact: info@vonca.ai.
